Normally it takes 7 to 10 days for weeds to start to die and about 14 days to be totally dead.
How often is pre-emergent required?
It is recommended to have a pre-emergent done every 6 months.
When is the best time to apply pre-emergent?
Before a rain. On average you want to spray January and again in July.
